Orders
How do I place an order?
To place an order on La Caméra Embarquée, please follow these steps:
- Choose your items: you can find products by typing keywords in the search bar or by browsing our different menus. Depending on the type of product you are looking for, you can select one or more variants: size, quantity, color, etc. Then click the "Add to Cart" button.
- In the window that opens, click "Checkout" to start registering and confirming your order (if you want to add more products, click "Continue Shopping"). If you already have a customer account, you can log in using your email and password. If you are a new customer, you can easily create an account.
- On the following pages, provide the delivery address and choose your payment method. A final step will allow you to review your order before confirming it.
- You will receive an email with your order confirmation. Your order will be processed as soon as possible.
Is the product I want available?
We try to keep as many products in stock as possible. A product marked as available on the website will also be available in-store.
Product availability and delivery time information can be found in two places on our site:
- On the product page, below the "Add to Cart" button
- In the shopping cart
If the product is available: the estimated delivery date will be displayed in green, depending on the courier.
If the product is not available: an orange warning message will indicate the expected restocking time.
If the product is not available and there is no restocking date, you can request an email notification when it becomes available again. A customer account is required for this service.
How long does it take to prepare a package?
Once your order is confirmed on our website and your payment is accepted, we immediately process your order. Our offices are next to the warehouse, allowing us to process orders quickly.
- If your order was placed before 3:00 PM and all products are available, your package will be shipped the same day.
- If your order was placed over the weekend, it will be processed starting Monday morning.
- If some ordered items are unavailable, we will evaluate whether to ship your order in one or more shipments.
You will always receive an email notification once a package is shipped, with a tracking number.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If the order has not yet been prepared, you can modify or cancel it. Check your order status in your customer account under "My Orders".
You must contact us quickly because once the package is ready, changes will no longer be possible.
Canceling one or more items may affect shipping costs, which will be adjusted according to the updated order total.
What are the conditions for tax exemption?
- European Union: Private customers will be invoiced including VAT. Professionals can receive a VAT-free invoice by providing their EU VAT number at the time of purchase.
- Outside the European Union: Customers temporarily in France and residing outside the EU can request a VAT refund. Eligibility: reside outside the EU for more than 6 months/year and purchase at least €100.01 for personal use. Procedure: show original passport and proof of foreign residence, provide card number for refund, request tax-free form in-store, validate at PABLO kiosk or customs, scan form, send to customer service. Refund: 12% of VAT included will be refunded to the original payment method within 4–8 weeks.
- DOM/TOM: Professionals and individuals with billing/delivery addresses in DOM/TOM can receive a VAT-free invoice. Overseas taxes apply depending on location.
How can I get my invoice?
You can access your invoice by logging into your account and going to "My Orders". Click "Download PDF" to print or save it.
How can I get a quote?
Fill your cart with the desired products. On the cart page, click "CONVERT MY CART INTO A QUOTE". We will respond as soon as possible. Your requests can be tracked in the "My Quotes" section of your account.
Delivery
What are the delivery methods and times?
We use various couriers for shipping. Delivery times within Europe are 2–5 business days, depending on the courier.

Delivery abroad?
Yes. Shipping costs and times vary by country. Please consult the "Shipping" page for details.
Where is my package?
In "My Orders", you can see your most recent orders. Clicking on an order reference shows its details.
The tracking link will be available within 24 hours after shipping.
I missed my package at the pickup point, and it was returned. How can I have it redelivered?
You simply need to pay €11.90 (check, PayPal, or credit card by phone) for reshipping. Note: if you do not pick up your package, the return is at our expense, as is reshipping. For canceled orders, shipping fees of €11.90 (or €9.90 if initially paid) will be deducted from your refund.
Can you deliver to a Military Postal Sector?
Yes, delivery to military postal sectors is possible via Colissimo. Shipping costs depend on your order total. Delivery may take longer due to military air transport. You can insure your package, fully covered by lacameraembarquee.fr.
After-Sales & Returns
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Lost package:
If your order has not arrived 5 days after shipping, contact us by email or phone to initiate a courier investigation. After 21 days (90 for international shipments), if the package is not found, we reship the package at our expense.
Damaged package:
We carefully pack our items. Check your package on receipt. If damaged, contact us promptly for a refund or credit. If the package arrives open, refuse it or note the damage on the delivery slip.
What if my package arrives incomplete?
This may be a partial delivery, indicated on the invoice. Otherwise, we apologize and ask you to contact us to resolve the issue promptly.
What if my product is defective?
If your item is defective, contact us by email or phone, attaching photos if possible. We will inform you of the next steps as soon as possible.
How can I return an item?
Under distance selling regulations, you have 14 days from receipt to inform us of your intention to return an item. After the request, you have 14 more days to return it.
Before returning any item, submit a return request via your account under "My Orders" and complete the return form. Status will be visible in "Product Returns". Alternatively, send the completed Return Form by email.
Items must be returned in original condition. Only items complete, in original undamaged packaging, and in resaleable condition will be accepted. Damaged, opened, or used items will not be refunded or exchanged. Note: opened or damaged packaging may result in a deduction from the refund.
The package is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Ensure items are securely packaged. Activated items under warranty are not eligible for return.
This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, except for return shipping costs, which are your responsibility.
Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned item or once proof of shipment is provided. The refund is made to the original payment method.
