Our payment methods
Pay by credit card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue, and American Express cards. Credit card payments are secure, and your card details are transferred safely using the SSL protocol. We use the "3D Secure" standard, which sends you a verification code by SMS to confirm the payment (or via your banking app installed on your smartphone). Please make sure your phone number is up to date with your bank.
Pay in 3, 4 or 10 installments by credit card
You can pay in 3, 4, or 10 installments depending on the total amount of your purchase, within a set limit. Conditions and fees may apply.
Pay with PayPal
Two options are available when paying with PayPal:

Pay by bank transfer
If you choose this payment method, our full bank details will be displayed at the end of your order. Please make sure to include your name and order number when making the transfer with your bank. For high-value orders, we reserve the right to require payment by bank transfer.
Pay with Bancontact
For our Belgian customers, we have implemented the Bancontact solution, available through your PayPal account to make online purchases.
Administrative mandate & purchase order
It is possible for public institutions (such as ministries, city halls, schools, etc.) to pay by administrative mandate and purchase order. To do so, please contact our team to receive a quote. The purchase order must include the quote number and be sent to us.
